Traditional training methods are often based around heavy lifting in non sport-specific ways which compromises the integrity of the muscles and actually decreases athletic performance.

Sports participation is the highest level of all human movements secondary to the addition of variables such as changes in environment, weather, as well as encountering implements, balls, and opponents. During sporting events, movement must be precise, powerful, frequent, sustained and efficient. Revolution’s training uses elite methods and equipment that are not available anywhere else in the area.

The Revolution Fyziogym provides an extensive initial assessment to identify any risk of injury and classify your starting fitness and nutrition level to allow us to customize your exercise and meal plan.

Science and evidence about exercise and nutrition support FyzioGym Revolution’s exercise program design and Cheat Meal Diet System. Any work out can be made difficult, but that doesn’t mean it will help you to accomplish your goals. Our program is made to get you to your goals fast with optimal health and performance always at the forefront.
Our sports training clients are tested and re-tested using the best measures of speed power and functional strength. Your results will be proven and on paper to show your progress. With programs designed by sports physical therapists, injury prevention and improved performance are at the forefront of our programs.

Young Athlete Class: 8-12 Years Old
Monday - Thursday at 4:30-5:30 pm
Saturday 12:30 pm -1:30 pm

Teen Athlete Class Ages 12-18
Monday - Thursday
Girls 5:30 pm Boys 6:30 pm
Saturday 1-2pm and 1:30 -2:30 pm

Adult Conditioning Class:
Monday and Wednesday 6:30pm and Saturday 9am
